General accommodation conditions

Check-in

  • 15:00 to 00:00.
  • The arrival time must be communicated in advance to the accommodation.
  • The minimum age for check-in is 18 years old.
  • For check-in, the credit card used to reserve will be presented. If none of the guests is the card owner, they must contact the property in advance.
  • A deposit of € 50 will be made upon arrival. It will be reimbursed upon departure, as long as there has been no damage to the accommodation.

Check-out

  • 00:00 to 10:30. Late check-out available (subject to availability and additional cost).

Cancellation terms and fees

  • Flexible

    The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

    No prepayment is needed.

  • Non Refundable

    The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.

    The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation in the 14 days before arrival.

    You will accept prepayment by credit card

    In case of no-show or cancellation of the reservation before 24 hours after arrival, the total amount of the stay will be applied as cancellation fees.

Children's beds

  • Children of any age can be accommodated.
  • Children from 3 years old will be considered adults in this accommodation.
  • 0-1 years old: a baby coat on request, 6 € child/night.
  • 2 years old: a baby coat on request, 6 € child/night, or an extra bed on request, 10 € child/night.
  • More than 3 years old: and extra bed on request, 10 € person/night.
  • All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
  • LSupplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount and must be paid separately during the stay.
  • The maximum number of cots and extra beds depends on the room you choose. Check the maximum capacity of the room you have selected.

Groups

  • When booking more than 5 rooms, special conditions and supplements may apply.

Pool

  • Loungers rental for a supplement of 3 € person/day.

  • Apartamentos Doramar accepts these cards and reserve the right to temporarily charge an amount before check-in.

it's not allowed

  • No smoking.
  • No celebrate any parties/events.
  • No pets.
  • Customers should minimize noise from 23:00 to 09:00.
